CASA 12, CORTE SPINOSA AGRITOURISM This was originally one of the buildings used to house the sharecroppers - the families who were involved in the work in the fields and running of the farm.
The building has many of the characteristics of Valpolicella construction and was constructed from local stone and tuff mined from the nearby villages of Avesa and Quinzano.
The internal distribution of the rooms reflects the historical layout in which the kitchen and stone fireplace were the hub of family life.
Bedrooms have been made on the upper floors, all restructured to reflect the spirit and construction tradition of the Valpolicella.
