Casa 12 is the ideal starting point for interesting itineraries in Valpolicella and in the Lessinia region and for trips to the charming Lake Garda, where beautiful landsapes can be admired in every season of the year.
Verona is a short drive away from Corte Spinosa (13 km), and other Italian cities such as Venice, Padua, Vicenza and Ferrara can be easily reached by car or motorbike as well.
Verona Porta Nuova train station (12 km) and “Valerio Catullo” airport, located in Verona Villafranca (20 km) are served by buses leaving from the town of Negrar in Valpolicella. .

Open: all year round;
Board basis: self catering accommodation, with use of a fully equipped kitchen;
Features: Casa 12 is an apartment on three floors which can accommodate up to 6 people. On the ground floor there is the entrance and kitchen-diner. On the first floor the bathroom and in the attic four bedrooms (two singles and two doubles). Travel cots for babies and young children are available. All the rooms are furnished with furniture typical of a rural dwelling; Bathroom: with shower; Systems: air conditiong and heating; Bedding and Towels: included;
Kitchen: equipped with cooking area, crockery, cutlery and pans. Breakfast and meals are not served, but the apartment has all necessary equipment and appliances needed to prepare and consume them; Cleaning: guests are responsible for cleaning during their stay; Disabled acces: not available Pets: allowed (supplement of Euro 50,00 for the final cleaning);
owners are asked to supervise them at all times, to ensure that they do not come to any harm, endanger anyone or damage any equipment or structures. While the farm allows guests to bring dogs, it does not provide any areas where they can be left unsupervised. Parking: guests' vehicles can be parked under the porch in the courtyard;

Garden and outdoor spaces: guests are welcome to use the Italian-style garden and all outdoor spaces. Guided Tour and Wine Tasting Guests can visit the winery, Italian-style garden, vineyards, barn and cellars. They can discover, step by step, the production process of each wine. At the end of the complimentary tour, the tasting of some of our wines. First shopping Guests can find in the apartment groceries as requested.
Transfer
Guests can use a transfer service to and from the Valerio Catullo Villafranca Airport and the Verona Porta Nuova Railway Station and, during the summer, to and from the Arena in Verona.
Courses
Guests can take part in cookery classes and wine tasting (six people minimum.)
