CASA 12: THE SELF-CATERING ACCOMMODATION OF VILLA SPINOSA Within this courtyard, building No. 12 (Casa 12) which was once home to the sharecroppers, has now been fully renovated to offer countryside accommodation in Valpolicella. . The entrance and kitchen are located on the ground floor of this 3-storey building. The kitchen, fully equipped with kitchen appliances, crockery, cutlery and pans, allows guests to prepare full meals and take advantage of the local ingredients available. . From the attic, guests have views over the north of Negrar, the easternmost valley of the three which make up the Valpolicella. . Visitors wishing to explore the area may reach the pretty town of Negrar in Valpolicella by foot in only 5 minutes and the breath-taking city of Verona is only 13 kms away whilst Lake Garda is a 20km drive away. . Both the city's railway station (12 kms) and airport (20kms) are linked to Negrar by regular bus services. .

Check in- times: from midday (12 a.m.) to 4 p.m.; if the guests are not able to arrive within these times, they will have to communicate it in order to agree the collection of the apartment's keys and to allow copies of the id cards or other id documents (passport) once arrived;
Departure: by 9:30 a.m.;
Pets: allowed (supplement of Euro 50,00 for the final cleaning);
Dog owners must look after them in order to avoid damages to people, winery structures or accomodation. The farm house, by welcoming dogs, does not supply special fenced area where dogs can be left unguarded; Disabled access: no;

Guests can visit Villa Spinosa winery, its Italian garden, vineyards and atmospheric wine-cellars, and discover, step by step, the process which starts at the vine and finishes in the bottle. At the end of the tour, the tasting of our wines.

On request, we buy some foodstuffs for our guests that can be necessary for preparing breakfasts, lunches and dinners.
- Transfer
On request, we arrange transfer from / to the Valerio Catullo Villafranca Airport and from / to the Verona Porta Nuova Train station. During the summer time, transfer to the Arena in Verona.
- Courses
On request, we organize and propose to our guests cooking classes and wine tasting (minimum number of participants is 6).
