It is a tasting of the wines combined with typical Veronese food products as follows Savory cake or Veronese salami served with Valpolicella Classico; Monte Veronese, a cheese made in the nearby Lessinia, coupled with quince jam made to an ancient recipe served with the Valpolicella Classico Superiore Ripasso "Jago"; Grana Padano cheese with chestnut honey served with the Amarone della Valpolicella Classico; Sbrisolona, a biscuit typical of the Veronese area made with almonds and butter served with the Recioto della Valpolicella Classico "Francesca Finato Spinosa".
