THE VILLA SPINOSA'S LABORATORY

The laboratory is an essential area for the control of fermentation must and wine during the processes of refinement.

It is located in the old house of the estate manager, the building in front of the villa, which acted as a link between the "leisure" element of the complex, represented by the land owner's villa, and the area dedicated to farm life - the closed courtyard to the rear of the outhouses.

The original features have been conserved in this room (the wooden floors, the stone walls and the terracotta finishings) and it now houses the modern equipment used for the analysis of the must and wines.
