GUIDED TOUR AT VILLA SPINOSA, IN THE VALPOLICELLA It is a tour full of emotions ideal for those interested in the history, the art and the culture of the Valpolicella countryside.
You will discover the Italian garden, in which the Villa is set, the new vineyards which alternate with the older ones, the restructured rustic outhouses which house the Fruttaio (grape drying room) where the grapes are stored during the drying process, the atmospheric cellars where the barriques are kept during aging and the rooms with the bottle-aged wine.
During the guided tour, guests have the opportunity to experience the atmosphere of a working winery and also to understand the secrets of the process which starts at the vine and finishes in the bottle.
