Positive result for the public audition on the initiative of the Comitato Nazionale Tutela e Valorizzazione delle Denominazioni d.o.c. and i.g.t. (national commitee for the protection and development of the wine denominations). . The meeting was held on November 10th at Ospedaletto di Pescantina (Verona): the reason of the meeting was the request, issued by the Consorzio di Tutela (wine consortium) for the admission of both Amarone and Recioto to d.o.c.g. denomination and for the admission of the Valpolicella Ripasso to the d.o.c. denomination. The procedure for the approval of the new disciplinaries carries on.
