As the winter lopping off is over it's time to start arranging the planting of the new vineyard.

The future vineyards had been ploughed before the winter to let then the ice to crush the clods of hearth.

On the beginning of springtime work in vineyards starts again to set them for planting.

After having moved up the earth with an operation named “ripping”, the remaining stones and dregs which had come up during the pre-winter ploughing are removed.

Works goes on with the deep composting of the hearth.

Setting ends with the work employng a rolling break to make the hearth perfectly plan.
