Come to visit us and you will experience the richness and the importance of each month of the year . You would be involved in the fascinating process of wine production which starts planting a vine and finishes tasting a bottle of wine. January: the pressing and the fermentation of the dry grapes; February: the winter pruning of the vineyards; March: the improvement or the installation of new grape-growing systems; April: the nutrition of the vineyards; May: the protection on the vines in shooting; June: the cutting-up for alternate rows; July: the summer pruning of the vineyards; August: the preparation of the "Fruttaio", grape drying room and the examination of the grapes' ripening September: the harvest of the grapes used for making Amarone and Recioto wines; October: the harvest of the grapes for making Valpolicella wine, the pressing of the grapes and the dregs of pressed grapes; November: the examination of the "Fruttaio", grape drying room; December: the exhibition of the gift boxes and the tasting of local products and wines.
