"CANTINE APERTE 2007, at VILLA SPINOSA" Also for this year, Villa Spinosa will attend Cantine Aperte, a very important Italian event for those who want to experience the life of a working winery. The appointment is on Sunday 27th of May, in Jago, near the pretty town of Negrar, from 9:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.. During this day, our guests can visit the winery, discover the Italian style garden and experience the various stages of the Amarone wine production. At the end of the guided visit, the wine tasting of Valpolicella, Ripasso, Amarone and Recioto made in Villa Spinosa. For this edition, we will combine the Valpolicella Ripasso Jago with a typical local product: the Salama da sugo (a kind of salami sausage served with a delicious sauce). Concerning the visit of the winery and the wine-tasting, Villa Spinosa staff will take care of their own guests. On Friday 25th of May and 1st of June, but also on Saturday 26th of May and 2nd of June, Villa Spinosa proposes to everybody four evenings "In Tinaia, una serata con il Vignaiolo". During each evening, starting at 6:00 p.m., guests will visit the vineyards and the wine cellars, then, a dinner all together where we will combine Villa Spinosa wines with the typical dishes from the Valpolicella. It is necessary to make a reservation, if guests want to participate. For this edition 2007, Villa Spinosa has also organize the initiative "Disegna il Vino" to all the children that, with their family, will visit our farm. Every child will receive paper and pencils for drawing a beautiful moment of their day in the Valpolicella. Surprises and more will wait for them. Moreover, another initiative for those interested in taking pictures. There will be the photographic competition "Fotografa Cantine Aperte a Villa Spinosa" during the whole day: wonderful prizes for the pictures more appreciate!
