The Amarone wine, the king of the Veronese wines, is known and tasted all over the world. but there are not many people around the world who know its fascinating productive process that starts at the vine, continues at the "Fruttaio", the grape drying room, then in the wine-cellars and finishes in the bottle.
This is the reason why we propose "Fruttai Aperti": to all the wine-lovers and Villa Spinosa's friends, we offer the possibility to visit our grape drying rooms and to understand the techniques of the drying process which are fundamentals for making the Amarone 2007.
